CareCo’s end of life care services may encompass all of our domestic services, including meal preparation and planning, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and more.
Hospice Care Coordination
In order to fulfill the needs of our clients, CareCo often works with hospice care providers in the Las Cruces and neighboring areas. People who are getting close to the end of their lives can get skilled care through hospice care. However, we work in tandem with these groups to address the end of life care requirements of seniors who need more intensive monitoring or care than what hospice companies can provide.
Palliative Care Coordination
