Many of the veterans in Las Cruces and the surrounding areas who get assistance from CareCo are able to receive it at little or no cost because of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Those in our care now have easier access to home care for veterans, which are often not covered by Medicare and must be paid for out of pocket, because of these programs.

Helping veterans in Las Cruces and the surrounding areas with light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, and companionship is what our homemaker services are all about.
Personal Care Services
Assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, exercising, and moving about is part of our personal care services when providing home care for veterans.
Respite Services
With CareCo’s respite care services, primary caregivers and their families may take a break from worrying about their loved one’s care while they’re gone.
Aid & Attendance
Veterans in Las Cruces and surrounding areas may be qualified for a pension known as Aid & Attendance, which may help defray the expense of professional home care for veterans. Your loved one can be eligible if they are mostly housebound, have served in the military, and meet certain financial requirements.
